Jubilee of the Sick: Pope Francis, Pilgrimages, and Stories of Faith in Rome and Beyond

I wish you a blessed start to Holy Week.

During the Jubilee of the Sick, Pope Francis made his first public appearance at the end of the Mass in St. Peter’s Square. Two special pilgrims were present giving testimony to joy in the midst of suffering.

As the Jubilee carries on, sacred music filled Rome’s most ancient basilicas as the Washington D.C. National Shrine Basilica Choir made their Jubilee pilgrimage to Rome.

Also, come with us to a special shrine in Rome where Mary appeared to a man who planned to assassinate the Pope.

Explore the ancient routes of Lebanon, walked by Jesus and the Romans, in a new pilgrimage route called “Caminos Lebanon.”

Finally, see the modern-day work of the Trinitarians, founded during the Crusades to free imprisoned Christians, to assist persecuted Christians worldwide.

Don’t forget to join our livestreams from the Vatican for the Holy Triduum liturgies.
